Raquel Scullari, MA, LPC

Raquel Scullari, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive experience providing psychotherapy and forensic psychological evaluations. She specializes in comprehensive mental health assessments for immigration cases, family court matters, and other legal proceedings requiring clinically sound and professionally documented psychological opinions.

Her evaluations combine evidence-based clinical practice with forensic methodology, offering clear, objective, and well-supported reports that accurately document psychological symptoms, trauma-related conditions, emotional functioning, and their impact on an individual’s daily life. Each evaluation is conducted with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and careful attention to clinical and legal standards.

In addition to her forensic work, Raquel provides psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and other emotional concerns. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Raquel conducts interviews and psychological evaluations directly in the client’s preferred language, allowing for a more accurate clinical assessment without the need for an interpreter.
